PandaDoc has a library of 1000+ professional templates to help you start creating stunning proposals in a couple of clicks.

Users with pandadoc.eu accounts are unable to utilize Template Gallery at this time.

You can find it on our website by clicking Resources on top of the page > Templates.

Alternatively, open your PandaDoc account and go to the Home. Select +Create new... > Document, then select one of the folders under the Template gallery.

Or click on Documents at the left panel, select the +Document button, then select From template gallery from the dropdown.

You can also access the Template gallery from your templates list. Either click Template gallery on the left or click +Template, then select From template gallery from the dropdown.

You can click on each template to preview the content and design.

Searching the gallery inside the PandaDoc app, you have two options: Add the template to your existing templates or create a new document from this template.

When selecting a template from the website, you will be redirected straight to the document created from this template. You can access the template in the template list.

You can now adjust your template/document: change text, fields and logos to match your brand, and start sending beautiful proposals!
