You can match product fields from your CRM with specific quote builder columns in PandaDoc. The process is simple:
Add a quote builder block to the template you use to import information from your CRM
In the block’s properties select Set up data merge, then enter product field names from your CRM under Product field mapping tab. (Check the appropriate CRM-specific article below to ensure you enter product field names correctly.)
Create a document via the CRM you use OR create a document starting in PandaDoc, link it to your CRM, and select Import from CRM button in the CRM extension in your PandaDoc document.
After following these steps, product information will appear in the corresponding columns.
