  2. Select Login with PandaDoc, then authorize the extension.

    Tip:

For easy access, select the Extensions icon in the top right in your browser and pin PandaDoc eSign Chrome Extension .

  3. Once you’ve added the extension, select its icon in your browser, then select Create free PandaDoc account — or simply log in if you already have one.

Upload and sign documents

Note:

You can upload PDF, Word, PowerPoint, JPG, and PNG files. Maximum file size is 50MB.

Once you’ve installed the extension and connected your PandaDoc account, select the extension and drag and drop into the upload area any file you’d like signed. Alternately, click or tap Select file to upload.

Note:

You can upload only one document at a time.

Once your document is uploaded to the extension window, it will open in a new tab within the PandaDoc editor.

Note:

You can add content blocks and fields to any document you upload from.

To self-sign a document, first, add a signature field, then select it to sign. If necessary, you can add other fields such as Text or Date. Once you’ve filled in all fields, select Finish document to complete it.

If you need to collect signatures from your recipients, you can add recipients by selecting Manage/Invite recipients, then adding their email addresses. Add a signature field for each recipient (and make sure these are assigned to the appropriate signers), select Send document, then select Send via email or Share via link.

Once your document is viewed and completed, you’ll receive an email notification. You can modify notification settings in Settings > Notifications.
