Before proceeding with adding the notary to your account, ensure that they are an active member of your team.

While in PandaDoc, you can visit your Account settings, and navigate to Team.

Once you have confirmed that they are a seat in your account, the account Administrator can visit notarize.pandadoc.com to invite that user to be the notary.

Click +Invite a Notary at the top right. After this, the individual will receive an email to activate their notary account.

Any notary added to your account must be commissioned in their respective State, and have completed all notarial requirements set forth. Upon activation, a member of our team will verify commission status.
