If you're a collaborator and have been invited to collaborate on a document or document folder, you will receive an invitation via email.

To open the document, choose the 'Open the document' option. You will then be forwarded to the PandaDoc login page. Use your email address and create a password.

Note:

A password should contain at least 1 letter, 8 characters, and 1 number.

Collaborators can:

  • Access, view, and comment on documents shared with them

  • Access the inbox and add their personal information to the account in Settings > Personal info

To access documents shared with you, navigate to the Documents section and choose the Shared with me folder.

To comment on a document's content, highlight the part of the text you'd like to comment on, click on the add a comment icon in the floating toolbar, and type your comments in the comment box that will appear.

To add a suggestion, simply start typing your suggestion in the text block.

Collaborators can delete, add, and replace content inside text blocks and tables.

If you would like to request editing rights, select the Request edit access button in the shared document. The document owner will receive an email notification and can then grant access.

Note:

If you are already a member of the account, your permission level will correspond to your account role. For example, users with the Admin or Manager role will have "Can edit" permission by default. The default permission for a Member role will be "Can view and comment".

To add your personal information, navigate to Settings > My account.

Inbox is used to keep track of documents that require your signature or were sent to you by another PandaDoc user.
