Availability: All plans

Bulk import allows you to upload multiple files at once. This helps simplify document creation and allows you to store your previously completed documents in PandaDoc.

Note:

You can upload PDF, Word, PowerPoint, JPG, and PNG files. Maximum file size is 50MB.

You can import files in bulk from the document list. To do this, click on Documents at the left panel, select the +Document button, then Bulk import from the dropdown.

Tip:

If you've downloaded documents in bulk from PandaDoc or somewhere else, they're typically packaged into a .zip file. However, to bulk upload these documents into your PandaDoc account, you'll need to take an extra step. Before attempting the upload, make sure to extract the documents from the .zip file by dragging the files from the zipped folder to a new location.

Next, select an existing destination folder for the files or create a new one, then select document status — choices include Draft and Completed.

Finally, drag and drop the files from your computer to the upload area, or choose Select file and upload by selecting files while holding the Command button (Ctrl on Windows).

Warning:

You’ll be unable to upload files that contain more than 500 pages or are password-protected.

Once all files have been uploaded, select Continue. All files will be uploaded as separate documents to the selected folder in either Draft or Completed status.
