Update Zoho quote products whenever a document’s status is updated

  1. Select “When PandaDoc document status changed then update quote product items in Zoho”

  2. Select trigger status for PandaDoc documents created via Zoho — you can choose between “Sent” and “Completed”

  3. Select Connect to authorize the connection between Zoho and PandaDoc via Workato

  4. Select Save

  5. Create a document through a Zoho quote using this template.

If you select “Sent” document status as a trigger and update the products pulled from a quote, the product information will be updated in the quote once you send the document.

If you select “Completed” as a trigger status, product info in your quote will be updated if you update pulled to the pricing table products before sending it, or if a document signer updates the quantity of products in the pricing table (providing you have quantity editing enabled before sending it).

Line item information that can be updated in Zoho deals:

  • Price

  • Quantity

  • Name

  • Discount

Change Zoho quote stage when document's status is updated

  1. Select the “When PandaDoc document status changed, then change Quote stage in Zoho”

  2. Select trigger status for PandaDoc documents created from Zoho — you can choose between “Declined” and “Completed”

  3. Select Connect and authorize the connection between Zoho and PandaDoc via Workato

  4. Select the quote stage from the dropdown menu — you can choose between “Closed Won” and “Closed Lost”

  5. Select Save

  6. Create a document through a Zoho quote using this template.

Once the status of a PandaDoc document created through Zoho from this template is changed to “Completed” or “Declined,” the quote stage will automatically move to “Closed won” or “Closed lost” (depending on your automation setup).

  5. Select Save

  6. Create a document through a Zoho deal using this template.

Once the status of a PandaDoc document created through Zoho from this template is changed to “Completed” or “Declined,” the quote stage will automatically move to “Closed won”, “Closed lost”, or "Closed Lost to Competition" (depending on your automation setup).

Move a document to attachments in a deal/quote in Zoho

  1. Select “When PandaDoc document status changed then attach PDF to Zoho”

  2. Select “Sent” trigger status for any PandaDoc documents created from Zoho

  3. Authorize connection between Zoho and PandaDoc via Workato.

  4. Select Save

Once set up, each time the document you create through a Zoho deal or quote using this template is sent, its PDF will be automatically saved to Attachments in your deal/quote.

Note:

Once your document is finalized by all signers and its status changes to “Completed” a PDF with a signature certificate will be saved to attachments by default.
