What changes are coming?
We're excited to introduce you to our refreshed and improved interface that we’ll be releasing in 2023. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy a seamless and pleasant experience while using PandaDoc.
Our new navigation will allow you to:
Easily find the apps you need by using our simplified and reorganized navigation
Discover all our powerful add-ons in our new Marketplace
Enjoy the same intuitive experience across all apps
Instantly switch between workspaces using shortcuts Cmd+K / Ctrl+K to activate the Jump to dialog.
Within the Apps section, you'll find a convenient grouping of all the apps that help you streamline your workflow, such as Documents, Notary, Automations, Contacts, and more.

We’ve designed a more intuitive and uniform way for you to work with PandaDoc apps, while also providing a consistent experience when you switch between them. Use our new top navigation to quickly switch between application pages.
This is just the beginning of the upcoming updates. Stay tuned.
When will these changes become available?
We’re planning to release an update this year with some users seeing a new UI after opt-in as early as August. We’re working to ensure that this transition goes as smoothly as possible, so we’ll be following an interactive approach by taking your feedback into account every step of the way.
Do I need to do anything?
No, there’s nothing for you to do. We’re taking care of every part of this transition for you, including making sure that all your files, documents, templates, proposals, and quotes remain safe.
Early access
It is possible that your account is on the list of users who were granted early access to this update.
To enable the new version, simply navigate to Settings > Early access. From there, you can easily enable new version for specific members of your workspace so they can become familiar with it at their own pace.
