As a PandaDoc customer, you want world class assistance. We want to give that to you! Our team is made up of real, friendly humans (they’re not actually bamboo-eating pandas) that love answering your questions! Our Support Specialists are based all around the world so that you can reach us no matter what time or day it is 24/7/365.

We work hard to help you out

We may need to ask you questions, collect screenshots, and gather additional information when you contact support if we are unable to address your question immediately. If we cannot resolve your question or concern promptly, we may also ask you to jump into a screen sharing meeting to troubleshoot live. We want to help you understand the product and address any issues that you may run into as quickly as possible. We also love hearing your feedback and suggestions to improve PandaDoc!

We’re also working smart

To provide quality support for all of our customers, we experimented to find the best way to deliver it.

We focus on delivering our Support Services Digitally because…

  1. We can quickly view your account details, activity, system details, and other information so that we can troubleshoot effectively.

  2. Troubleshooting is often a visual process, and we like to share screenshots, GIFs, Help Center articles and instructional videos to show you exactly what to do.

  3. We keep detailed records in one place. This way nothing gets lost, you won’t have to ask repeat questions, and we can escalate your issue efficiently if needed.

  4. Online support assures you that you aren’t stuck on hold as we troubleshoot your issues, because the last thing we want to do is waste your time.

You can find lots of helpful information about PandaDoc by visiting our Help Center and you can always reach PandaDoc support directly by opening a ticket or chatting with us in the app! Just click the "Help" button in the top-right corner.
